Il progetto si sviluppa nell’area commerciale dei tre Comuni di Portogruaro, Concordia Sagittaria e Caorle e si compone di una serie di interventi infrastrutturali, di marketing e comunicazione, svolti dai vari soggetti partner. Questa Guida, "Acque e terre della Venezia Orientale", si inserisce tra le attività di “Accoglienza turistica, formazione” rivolta agli abitanti del luogo, ai visitatori occasionali, ai turisti e intende promuovere l’area interessata dal GiraLemene e l’offerta turistico/commerciale ivi esistente, intesa nelle varie sfaccettature costituenti un sistema integrato.
